✨ARC Review ✨***Thank you to Maggie Cole and Give Me Books Promotions for the ARC to review。***The Vow was a great ending to this duet。 I loved the ending。 The HEA was the sweetest。 The characters were great but at times a bit annoying。 Their problem was definitely communication and it had me feelings all over the place。 I wanted to shake them and force them to talk。 Their love was very evident but their stubbornness definitely won most of the time。 ***⭐⭐⭐⭐***

what a journey this book takes you on The second book in the duet and this one made my heart hurt。 After finding out about Riggs’ revenge plan Blakely feels broken and betrayed。 The dual POV story shows how each of them are thinking and feeling as they try to make sense of what’s happened and their feelings。 There is a lot of back and forth and misunderstandings and communication isn’t the most forthcoming from either character。 Both of them have insecurities and doubts， fears and hopes and both what a journey this book takes you on The second book in the duet and this one made my heart hurt。 After finding out about Riggs’ revenge plan Blakely feels broken and betrayed。 The dual POV story shows how each of them are thinking and feeling as they try to make sense of what’s happened and their feelings。 There is a lot of back and forth and misunderstandings and communication isn’t the most forthcoming from either character。 Both of them have insecurities and doubts， fears and hopes and both are stubborn as hell。 One really positive thing in this book is that Blakely develops some friendships and has support from others after having been alone for so long or only having Riggs to turn to。 If you thought Riggs behaviour in book one was bad there is an immense and unexpected betrayal that will shock you in this book。 。。。more

This is the follow up book of The Auction with Riggs and Blakely。 I did enjoy this book but at times I got frustrated because it just didn’t seem to be going anywhere， I persevered with it and I must admit it did get better and it was an exciting read and a good conclusion to the series。 The bonus content was also and wrapped everything up。 Worth reading along with The Auction being read first。

Ok。 So I’m going to be honest。 I read this book because I read the first book and really wanted to see what happens with these characters。 And things headed South for me pretty quickly。 We go around and around over the same couple of topics。 Over and over， and over。 And I know I’m supposed to feel this way， but there’s a couple of characters I would just like to punch in the throat。 That main arc ending was unexpected and filled with a lot action。 The ending ending was pretty typical of this gen Ok。 So I’m going to be honest。 I read this book because I read the first book and really wanted to see what happens with these characters。 And things headed South for me pretty quickly。 We go around and around over the same couple of topics。 Over and over， and over。 And I know I’m supposed to feel this way， but there’s a couple of characters I would just like to punch in the throat。 That main arc ending was unexpected and filled with a lot action。 The ending ending was pretty typical of this genre。 There is too much overthinking and turmoil in the middle。 There was a point where I actually considered not finishing because the redundancy was killing me and would’ve easily been solved if the two main characters could sit down and have a real conversation without storming off。 If a Dom/Sub relationship lacked this much communication in real life， they were not meant to be together and honestly would be irresponsible and dangerous behavior。 。。。more
