This picks up where the Auction left off, Blakely has found what Riggs has done and she is shattered。 She is so hurt by his betrayal, not sure how to move forward with Riggs。 She cuts him off, refuses to talk to him, makes him stay away。 With Riggs being who he is, this does not last long, he cannot leave her alone。The pair go thru a lot of pain trying to figure out where they go from there。 Will she be able to forgive him, will he be able to give he the time she needs? Can we just say yummy!! Could not wait for this book to come out。 It’s the conclusion to the Auction!!!! I know this one was going to be just as outstanding as the first book!!! Just could get enough, I never wanted to put it down or have it end!!!
Jennifer Engle,
Glad this ended semi normallyAll the bad guys got their just desserts, but there was too much sadism and angst。 If the main characters had really shared their feelings。 。 。 Plus, the obscene wealth makes it seem anything is ok。

The Rise of a StarIn a word。。。 INTENSE! I had plenty of ideas and expectations on where this would go, and aside from knowing an HEA was eminent, Maggie Cole took me on a much different journey。 And what a ride it was!

There's plenty of heartache to go around, with each breaking the other, often without intention。 It's sad, and I feared there would be no positive end in sight。 Misunderstanding and uncertainty cloud their judgment so many times。King Madden provides some levity, as well as shows that size doesn't matter。 He's quite a handful, fierce, and incredibly perceptive。 In other words, a perfect addition to the Madden household。 I also love Colton。 He comes with his own baggage, but I appreciate his attitude about most things。 He's exactly what Blakely needs in her life - a friend。This is the second book in the duet and shouldn't be read as a standalone。 Also, there's a bonus epilogue that you should really check out。 🔥❤💥❤🔥I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book。 。。。more

✨ARC Review ✨***Thank you to Maggie Cole and Give Me Books Promotions for the ARC to review。***The Vow was a great ending to this duet。 I loved the ending。 The HEA was the sweetest。 The characters were great but at times a bit annoying。 Their problem was definitely communication and it had me feelings all over the place。 I wanted to shake them and force them to talk。 Their love was very evident but their stubbornness definitely won most of the time。 ***⭐⭐⭐⭐***

The Vow is the conclusion to Riggs & Blakely's story, so you cannot read it by itself, nope, you must read The Auction (Book 1) first。 It picks right back up where the first book left us hanging with Riggs' big screw up so it came out of the gate with all kinds of angst & pain。 I don't want to get into too many details because it could be spoilers for the first book, but yeah, Riggs seriously messed up & I completely understood why Blakely had to do what she did at first。 I can be very unforgivi The Vow is the conclusion to Riggs & Blakely's story, so you cannot read it by itself, nope, you must read The Auction (Book 1) first。 It picks right back up where the first book left us hanging with Riggs' big screw up so it came out of the gate with all kinds of angst & pain。 I don't want to get into too many details because it could be spoilers for the first book, but yeah, Riggs seriously messed up & I completely understood why Blakely had to do what she did at first。 I can be very unforgiving myself so I'll always take that side, however, there comes a time when even I believe the back & forth becomes too much, and my support for Blakely turned to Riggs because of her back & forth。 I know they had serious issues, but seriously, sit down & use your words for the love of all that's holy。 I finally gave Riggs (who I had issues with for much of this duet) my support when a certain scene happened so I found myself pissed at both of them, but despite the rage at this point, I kept going because I love Maggie Cole's books so hard, and thank goodness I did since a twist that I never saw coming came out of left field to shock the hell out of me。 I will NEVER NOT ONCE stop reading Maggie Cole and though it pains me to do this, I had to take a half star off for Blakely's unnecessary drama since it finally severed my last nerve (please remember this review is my personal preference)。 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 。。。more

I couldn’t wait for the duet to be complete! I just had to know what happened between Riggs and Blakely。 This book takes right up where The Auction left off where Blakely is struggling with her husband’s betrayal。 Riggs is beside himself with the thought of losing the Blakely。 Can these two come back to gather?

This is the follow up book of The Auction with Riggs and Blakely。 I did enjoy this book but at times I got frustrated because it just didn’t seem to be going anywhere, I persevered with it and I must admit it did get better and it was an exciting read and a good conclusion to the series。 The bonus content was also and wrapped everything up。 Worth reading along with The Auction being read first。

Ok。 So I’m going to be honest。 I read this book because I read the first book and really wanted to see what happens with these characters。 And things headed South for me pretty quickly。 We go around and around over the same couple of topics。 Over and over, and over。 And I know I’m supposed to feel this way, but there’s a couple of characters I would just like to punch in the throat。 That main arc ending was unexpected and filled with a lot action。 The ending ending was pretty typical of this gen Ok。 So I’m going to be honest。 I read this book because I read the first book and really wanted to see what happens with these characters。 And things headed South for me pretty quickly。 We go around and around over the same couple of topics。 Over and over, and over。 And I know I’m supposed to feel this way, but there’s a couple of characters I would just like to punch in the throat。 That main arc ending was unexpected and filled with a lot action。 The ending ending was pretty typical of this genre。 There is too much overthinking and turmoil in the middle。 There was a point where I actually considered not finishing because the redundancy was killing me and would’ve easily been solved if the two main characters could sit down and have a real conversation without storming off。 If a Dom/Sub relationship lacked this much communication in real life, they were not meant to be together and honestly would be irresponsible and dangerous behavior。 。。。more

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports。I made a vow。。。and he won't let me escape it。Riggs is possessive and cruel, twisted beyond all measure。 I know it, yet still trusted and loved him。 Then he betrayed me。 I can't forgive what he did。 So I try to break what's between us。。to exit his dark world without a second thought。 Yet the lonely nights torture me, reminding me what it felt like to be his, proving he's right。 Once you're in his world I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports。I made a vow。。。and he won't let me escape it。Riggs is possessive and cruel, twisted beyond all measure。 I know it, yet still trusted and loved him。 Then he betrayed me。 I can't forgive what he did。 So I try to break what's between us。。to exit his dark world without a second thought。 Yet the lonely nights torture me, reminding me what it felt like to be his, proving he's right。 Once you're in his world, there's no getting out。 It becomes ingrained into your soul。 And Riggs' obsession with winning me back doesn't help。 Nor does my weakness to visit the club。 Each of our encounters hurt more, leaving unanswered questions。 How can he love me and do what he did? Why do I keep returning to his arms? It's a cycle。 I'm terrified will never end-part of me doesn't want it to。 This is the second book in the Club Indulgence Duet。 You have to read the Auction or you will be very lost。 This book will also pick up right where that one left off。 You will also want to heed the warnings in this book。 It will contain triggers for some readers。 Blakely is in a place where she just doesn't trust Riggs no matter how hard she tries she just can't do it。 And while things were complicated in the first book this one gets even more complicated but you won't be able to lay it down。 This is where their relationship is really being put to the test。 Blakely knows exactly what she wants and needs to say to Riggs and she just cannot for the life of her get the words to come out right。 Both of them are going through it and there is just no way that can't both end up getting hurt in some way。 I don't really know how to tell you much about this book and not give something away。 Every time I type a sentence I end up erasing it because I feel like I am saying to much。 You just need to read it and love it as much as I did。 I could not put it down and was really invested in everything that was happening in this book。 。。。more

I put off reading this book because I knew it was going to destroy me。 And that it did。 The first book leaves us off on a cliff hanger about the status of their relationship。 This whole book, we spend rooting for Blakely or Riggs while they destroy each others hearts。 Which is difficult to sit through, honestly。 This book discusses a lot about trust and what that looks like once it’s been breached for one or both parties in the relationship。 At times, I wanted to cheer Blakely on for being indep I put off reading this book because I knew it was going to destroy me。 And that it did。 The first book leaves us off on a cliff hanger about the status of their relationship。 This whole book, we spend rooting for Blakely or Riggs while they destroy each others hearts。 Which is difficult to sit through, honestly。 This book discusses a lot about trust and what that looks like once it’s been breached for one or both parties in the relationship。 At times, I wanted to cheer Blakely on for being independent and standing up for herself but then on the other hand, I wanted to root for Riggs to not give up on her and stick this out。 The back and forth between them is a rollercoaster then add on top the actual plot of the book with Blakely being a pop star, and it was a wild ride。 The last 1/3 of the book is fire and so much crazy things happen that’s worth all the heart ache。 Yes, this book is hard to sit through at times。 Be prepared this is a long, long way back to some semblance of happiness but the duet is worth the pain - it was a great read。 。。。more
